The cartridge music always rocked in sonic games, especially sonic2! grainy, synthy artificial goodness.
I very much agree. the music was by far better from cartidge. like the difference between cassette tape an vinyl in a way.
Oh that makes so much more sense now! i live in the USA an was confusing that Megadrive stuff was maybe remastered Sonic games but with differences here an there(like new levles an soundtracks). my bad LOL
