long time no update! i've been extremely busy since january - did my undergraduate thesis defense, obsessively hunted for jobs... and now i have a full-time job where i work weekends! πŸ₯² also working towards my professional UX certification on top of that. hopefully i can add new stuff this month 🀲 but no guarantees

i'm honestly a little anxious about this decision... but the source code for my site is finally public for all to see! https://github.com/jasm1nii/jasmines-journal

october changes: published an accessibility statement, reorganized the resource pages (and added a couple of links)! also rebuilt a lot of the underlying code in PHP, twig, and pure markdown files.

girls will literally scramble their brains with another programming language instead of learning how to use a static site generator (im girls)

dark mode site-wide YIPEEEE!! i think this will be my last quality of life update for a while... couldn't really focus on adding fun things to the site until that was out of the way!

i have an awful headache y'all. the indonesian government has recently been expanding their firewall. they blocked buttondown last week, which i used for my email newsletters. and now they blocked NEOCITIES. i'm accessing the site via VPN at the moment, so it's manageable, but i'm still so angry that they would do this in the first place.

I'm glad you're able to access it with a VPN- genuinely puzzled about why they'd block Neocities of all places. Ugh, government firewalls sure are something.
