Very interesting! Many of my colleagues use Tidal, they say that they prefer it to Spotify because it offers audio in lossless quality and HD music videos (Spotify doesn't have this option). Personally I haven't tried it yet, what deters me is that a lot of the artist and albums I listen to are not available and you can't play local files on it (with Spotify you can!). Can't wait to read more updates :)

Thanks! It looks like Tidal is marketed towards people who care more about audio quality. Which explains why I've never heard of it, because I've always been more focused on getting the most catalog for my $$. But thanks for the insight! I'll have to add that you can play local files on Spotify to my section on it c:
