beautiful essay on what you were taught about queerness growing up. as a fellow queer diasporic asian, i'm incredibly inspired to write something about the intersection of those two identities myself. id love to hear more of your thoughts on how being a diasporic asian affected how you viewed queerness in yourself. i know it certainly influenced a lot of my own thoughts about myself. - ceriae

for my gallery, i referenced the w3schools pages "modal images" and "lightbox" - the former for the overlay styling, and the latter for the open/close js functions :-)
