Hiya, this looks fantastic! Definently going to look into joining soon (once I get a dedicated page up and running). Just a quick Q, do we have to read the chosen book every month? Just in case I have a busy month, or the book isn't available (via legal means). Thank you in advance for answering it <3

No worries; it's totally fine if you miss the book every once in a while. (Though I would encourage piracy if the book isn't available by "legal means.") I look forward to you joining!

Haha, I wasn't going to say that but I'm glad that it's a blanket "aokay" rule (obviously, I try not too, but physical books are ridiculously expensive and the library doesn't have every book 😭). But awesome, I'm glad to hear it! I'll set up a page this month and will chuck ya a post once done. Thank you! <3

voted :) i do have a question! i've been wondering how the options for the poll get chosen in the first place? there's no info about that on the site, so i've been thinking members could perhaps submit a title or two each to create a "book bank" of sorts and then choose the options randomly?
Maple & I go through our TBR lists & we choose from there. Maple & I thought about that idea, but we don't want to end up reading a book that neither of us like, hence the current system.
i get that! respectfully though, now that there are more members in the club, it doesn’t seem fair to me that the options cater to the preferences of only two people. I may be alone in this (and btw this has nothing to do with the quality of the books, all the options so far have been excellent imo), and it’s your call anyway, but I felt I had to say something ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
