While it could potentially be from a variety of causes (such as dehydration and/or eyestrain), it is worth trying this accupressure point: Gently pinch the soft spot between the thumb and index finger of one hand with the thumb and index finger of the other...I hope you feel better soon.
I get those myself, please take care of yourself, and try taking a hot shower and then using a cold compress if you can. I know sometimes they can help (?)
