i've been having this problem where i struggle to watch long form content its so bad i watch compilations of shows i could just watch. i want a sense of patience back
I have said it before and I'll say it again, social media is a net negative. YouTube included. Better to just not engage with it at all if you can. You lose literally nothing. It's hard but you gotta just bite the bullet on this one. Movies and audiobooks are a good start, but another key part is to actually focus on them, not just use them for background noise or whatever. That's also a no-go. Good luck bossman
