@strata If this old blog post https://blog.neocities.org/making-the-web-fun-again-one-year-later.html still holds true, then you simply get to keep the 10gb.

Why neocities doesn't allow me to upload a 30kb webm with a free account is beyond my imagination.

Probably the same reason as 4chan's 3-4 MB limit, so that people don't turn it into an anonymous file hosting service.

Strata, this is why: https://neocities.org/site_files/allowed_types Also, since most modern browsers won't play midis, http://midijs.net might help. It's https support seems to be spotty/missing in some places, but I've been emailing with them to get this fixed.
