I did not lie!!! Sort of. The Neo Geo is just WEIRD. MVS and AES carts are almost functionally identical, though credits of the former would be set by the cabinet owner (so often unlimited) and AES restricts it by default. Also Neo games have multiple regional variant ROMs contained in the cart, and the system BIOS is read to determine which to load. No idea how this all shakes out on emulation or whatever.

I'm having the same issue. I can't access your site from my home wifi anymore, but I can view it just fine on my work wifi and on cellular. The specific device I use doesn't seem to make a difference. Maybe your site is registering specific IPs as spam or something?
