Yep that was why. Once I tried it from my computer everything worked like was supposed to :D
Now the join web link doesn’t have anything on it but the link back to the main page LOL I’ll try again once I’m home. iPads can be finacay.

it works for me so that is strange maybe you did not have a capital letter and you had a lower case letter

it works on my laptop so i am guessing you might want to use a computer
