I'm fixing some visual issues with my site. I'll admit I kinda went overboard on the moving water background lol. Also making a new page specifically for links to my other places and other neocities

I need to learn a little more html to add the things I want lol. I think I should have all the buttons to other sites on another panel next to everything, and then another panel on the other side for other fun stuff.
