you're supposed to write it down the second you wake up. and the more you write them down, the more you remember them
dream diaries are so much fun!! i wish i had a full collection of dreams over my entire life tho
same :(( I only have a few left over from like 2017 that I saved and only really started the one on my website in 2021.. I guess it's like how they say "the best time to plant a tree is twenty years ago, the second best time is now"
