I already know about the screen sizing thing with css. I just mean that my new design is one I can code easily to adjust. I'm not greatly advanced at coding with html and css, nor do I have a lot of patients, so I figured it'd be best I just went simplier instead of figuring out how to make my current index design responsive.

oh shucks thanks! best of luck with coding, i didn't know anything before neocities either. there's really good html and css tutorials, and i made the lightmode switch with the help of a youtube video too <3 let me know if you need any links to guides, i'll be happy to help if i can
