Overclockworked now has a mirror! Kindly hosted by my friends at the Cleft of Dimensions MUD. Aside from simply being a backup, it's my intention to eventually get this mirror of the site Classilla/Mac OS 9 compatible, though it's not QUITE working 100% on OS 9 just yet. Working on something big for the site! It'll be a while before it's ready, but my next shrine is well underway for an arcade game I've been dedicating myself to practising for the past few weeks; Metal Slug 1. I hope to provide similarly obsessive attention to detail as I have with the Blood shrine with this!

I started playing Metal Slug as a way to unwind on hiatus (because I'm a freak and practising 1CC runs of really hard arcade games is how I relax) and then it turned into the next project for the site ahaha. Still, a change of pace!

Thanks for the follow! Just read your review on Golf Story partially because the intro resonates with me (Mini Golf is SO much more interesting and less of an ecological nightmare) though I have also guiltily enjoyed a few golf games myself despite thinking the sport irl is blegh. Everybody's Golf on PSP was my main one, ahaha. Really enjoyed your review!

Immediately smiled at the use of Realmz music on the main page. Loving the vibe here! DROD incidentally is on my to-play list, I'm big into those kinds of puzzle games (Lemmings addict)

Hahaha thanks! Found the soundtrack from The Obscuritory and loved the hell out of it... Forgot where I heard about DROD though, but good lord I'm sad it seems so obscure, especially since it's a 30+ year old series that's still getting games.
