i relate heavy to that post trip feeling, i went on a trip a few months ago for university and during the trip i slept on time, woke up early and hung out with my friends everyday, but when i got back i quickly got back into old habits. Changing is really hard but i think just even knowing that its possible and that it has happened before means that it can happen again at least thats what i think :)
