Hey dont wanna sound mean or anything but you should try branching out with your art, cuz so far you only do anime girl stuff and while thats not bad, sticking to just one thing is not all that good in the long run if you want to improve as an artist, try messing around more with hands as they currently look off, maybe dudes since that scout one doesnt look the best, mess around with the shading style, etc
like shankmods puts it, you start getting comfortable and you stop getting better

Forgot to say this but something feels weird about having most anime girls doing the default :D expression, but that might be a me thing though
I am capable of drawing diffrent expressions, I just like to mimic old anime styles that have samey looking faces. But I am gonna try to play around with backgrounds and stuff just so my art dosent all look the same
