Why would anyone make an NFT when you can sell digital stuff for REAL money and use it in most places unlike crypto?

Yeah, like, it's still the same, except it ACTUALLY helps you, like selling 3D models, you can put effort into them and sell them for a decent price with better chances at getting money.
