Zelda 64 Recomp seems interesting. Right now it's just for The Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask but you can add mods. Quality of life features including the ability to use a modern controller and widescreen.

I rented Majora's Mask from Hollywood Video a long time ago so I haven't played the game for a signigicant amount of time. This might be the way going forward to playing MM: https://github.com/Zelda64Recomp/Zelda64Recomp/releases/tag/v1.2.0
