Hey, thanks. I have frames on my site, I made it so that when you click the Paint icon it opens up a browser replica of old MS Paint by putting ". Paint will then be opened in the main frame. If you want links to be opened in new tabs, set the link target to "_blank".
Well shit the message got fucked up. Put a href="link" target="main" or whichever the frame name is of the frame you want the link to open in
