Yet another gem I hadn't heard of until now that I feel like I'd be really into. Escape Velocity was in my mind the entire time, and then you mentioned it as well! Smaller, more detailed maps have always been my preference over larger, more empty maps, so Hardwar's approach sounds great.

I recommend it, it has a bit of old jank but held up exactly as I remembered, which is shocking!
