okay I did it. Turns out all you need for a crt filter is a repeating gradient that perpetually moves upwards
I found my old Yo Kai Watch toys. They're the original and the model zero. I only have one medal, the rest were given away. In fact, the reason I only have that one left is because my brother managed to wedge it into the model zero when we were little. Maybe I'll start collecting medals again somehow.
