Neocities, once zoned into districts by, quite fittingly, Districts. However, as the group behind this zoning project fell silent, citizens of Neocities shifted their attention towards the Neo-Neighborhoods zoning group. The metropolis was re-organized under a staggering 38 districts, and for the foreseeable future, this zoning plan shall be in place.

I might put the "Avatars" and "Your Computer" pages onto one page, then make an "Avatar Profile" as an example of how the Physnet's structure works. After that, I'll get more into the worldbuildy stuff that I initially intended to do.
