Thanks! I cannot take credit for radioactive mode; somebody else suggested it as a joke after I implemented dark mode, and I ran with it for the silly factor.

Neocities seems to be having trouble getting updates to Europeans lately. Must be a CDN issue. I see the new ones connecting from the U.S.
