okay fellas I rewrote the entire site with Hugo to make things a little easier long term. photos now have titles on mouse hover too! let me know if anything is borked.
also fun fact: apparently the method I was using to downsize the images for neocities was adding a slight haze to everything. my new process is true to the original tones. you probably won't notice (I didn't until I compared) but that's a happy side effect of the rewrite.
