some of the details there do point to the use of genAI which sucks :/ ..if it gets much worse,, i'll probably consider moving to nekoweb like you're doing (or hosting my site elsewhere).. because i really don't think it should be used *especially* on a site like this, where human creative expression is at the forefront

i’d love to display more of my ocs like you do, but i’ve pretty much stopped drawing these days, so it’s hard for me to make new artwork anymore ;( there are so many cute characters on your site, and some of the projects are still unfinished, so i’m really excited to see what you add next!

wow,, thanks so much! i'm so glad you liked looking through my site :D (and took the time to do so ^^) i do have a tendency to start projects, but then leave them half finished (or, the case with my stories) perfectionism gets the better of me and i feel like redrafting the entire thing ^^;; ..i really do want to try drawing my OCs tho ^^ it's on the ever-growing to-do list for me heehee

i totally get that feeling. i take my hobbies pretty seriously too, so i tend to keep working on things for a long time :) with drawing, i think once you find a style that feels right and keep practicing, you gradually get better, kind of like handwriting. you seem really patient, so i’m sure you’ll get the hang of it someday! good luck with all your future projects too :)

@lonewriter art is the purest expression of the soul in my eyes, especially with characters you hold dear! I gravitate towards such stuff a lot.
