there's also the kludge I used on Neopets -- make a class for images with 100% 100% width / height, fixed position, and super negative Z index and just drop an image at the start of your code with that vs. using a body background. you can also make the image unselectable to complete the illusion
hmm it may be my device making them look wonky but it seems like the bgs for like my webmaster page dont cover if i set it to background-attatchment: fixed; :{ i may try the dropping an image since not many pages will have a full bg
ok so improved aesthetic instead of trying to make it rlly flat. just fucking around atp i want it to feel more art-y
i cant get the fullpage bgs to actually scale the way they should on mobile. Mmm
