I see nostalgia there. I think those computers should get showcased in the computer lab, a virtual museum SEFY has for older computers.

Yes it could be the power supply, but I don't think I have a replacement with the right connectors. I'll have to try it tho.

I have the Sony SDM-HS75P screen (I believe the P is because mine can tilt). Mine has developed a fault whereby it behaves as if the buttons are being pressed.
@bmh that seems like a weird fault. Have you tried opening it up to look for the problem yet? It could be a problem with the buttons themselves.
@displayman I have. I checked the buttons first internally and tried contact cleaner with no improvement. I have seen a similar problem with TVs when components age/fail - it may be a power supply issue, although capacitors look ok.
