when neocities fuckes up updates ctrl+shift+r usually helps :3

Y'all don't wanna know how much I was fighting for my life with unicodes. Why do some work in one word and then not in the other?!

Don't get me started on quotation marks and punctuation marks that are APPARENTLY different
