Sorry, I meant Neocities only allows you to upload .mid file I think so if you want something else you should host it somewhere else or if you know the URL to it use that
You know what just look at the source from FloppyJay, hit Ctrl+F and type audio
You can upload any media format that html supports. http://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_audio.asp I try use 48kbs mp3 files to get fast load speeds and ok quality.
