Lowkey I keep hate comments because they're so silly. I find it funny that you can just be living your life as usual and someone is seething for no reason. Someone was leaving nasty comments on my fanfic on AO3 once and I really just had to laugh and reply with "nuh uh :P "

I just think it's really funny how people willingly choose to spend so much time writing hate comments the size of essays like, why are you spending so much time and energy on something you hate so much? and then acting like some low effort insults are genuinely going to do something, if anything it's just sad that some people have nothing but negativity to talk about

if it makes you sad in any way then definitely delete it. I told myself I didn't mind but then actually when I deleted the comment it brought me so much relief I was like oh, why didn't I do that sooner??
