idk how to reply to comments on neocities so ill just answer here (sorry lol^^)- morti actually wasnt inspired by off but now that you say it i can definitely see the similarities lol especially when hes wearing his hat. he was mostly just vaguely inspired by old black and white cartoons and the cheshire cat from alice in wonderland :)
