Celebrating over thirty-thousand views and 30 followers. I know I wrote a lot, but I have a couple of gaps in my memory about this.

In which I reveal myself a bona fide Sage. Next up, a review of an anime side-story with tsuioku-hen in the title which is not a disappointment like Rurouni Kenshin's.

Yo, if your website is dead because you are busy practicing japanese, practicing piano, getting ripped, and hitting the books, that's actually pretty good 👍

The increasing number of youths with neon-dyed hair, the spike in the frequency of the word "narrative", the awkward adaptation of unitedstatesian social dynamics and memories of a quick exchange with the prominent ill of neocities sparked the writing of this article -- seven months ago...

Actually I went and checked and he only liked my comment to his update. Still too sweet.

I can relate to this. The Anglosphere used to look a lot more mythical and intelligent before the age of smartphones. In some ways it's a good thing that the illusion has been shattered.

Absolutely, murid. Although it makes me feel isolated at times, coming to terms with the reality of things allowed me to find a modicum of peace and room for personal growth.

Not the way I wanted to debut my patented Anime Ultimate Review Score System (henceforth shortened サードアイ) but I literally unintentionally marathoned all seven episodes that are currently out and felt compelled to share my Appreciation.
I considered publishing this on the social media section so there would be at least one positive thing in it, but the aura of negativity that section will have would swallow this page instead.
I caught a few glimpses of /asp/ before Hiroyuki opened the wrestling floodgates. Nice to see the alternative sportsers at least got /xs/ now.
Ah, so indeed there was a pro wrestling-free time in /asp/'s history! I hovertexted about it because I wasn't sure.
I could be misremembering, but it wasn't ever "wrestling-free". Wrestling was restricted to only one thread or something, but then Hiroyuki renamed it from "Alternative Sports" to "Alternative Sports & Wrestling", and all the wrestling threads pushed out the alternative sports stuff, lots of which was niche stuff that only gets a few posts per thread a day.
That must have been the point where the board's existence came to my attention. I know there was a time when it was restricted to one general thread on /sp/ but I never lurked those.
...The answer is two google searches away but I'd rather speculate on neocities dot org.
