It's quite bittersweet to log into my 'parent' NeoCities site and see an ancient 'last updated' post. I created my first blog over 8 years ago! That's insane to think about. So much has happened in meatspace in that time. I've moved cities (and back again), graduated uni, had multiple major operations, had nearly half a decade building a career only to *then* have a sudden and signficant career change.

That's not to mention the start and end of a 4 year relationship, the latter I'm still reeling from, to be quite honest. I'm very tired and I digress. In a subpar effort to try this 'stop hoarding domains' thing, I've renamed and repurposed this site from 'surgerywaste' to 'null-piercing'.
'Surgery Waste' was my personal blog's first name back in 2018, moving to 'Carcer City Mall' in early 2020 and then to its current home, 'Lethal Compound' in late 2021. It's been 6.5 years since it was active, I think I can say goodbye!
