PLEASE contact neocities if it's on neocities, they can delete the site if you notify them in the contact page at the very bottom (on footer), I found a free robux website and alerted them about it, after about a day they were banned :P

I saw something similar going around a week or so ago, where some no-name online gambling site was using a proxy link to a bunch of prominent indieweb pages, then displaying that site as [original site name] dot [scammy gambling site name] dot com.

No idea if crypto scammers are doing the same thing, but folks investigating the prior thing found that they're using similar spoofing techniques that you see on, say, fake gmail login screens and stuff.
