Scratch is sort of like a baby Newgrounds; people make music, animations, games and all sorts of experiments with the power of pseudo-Python! 55,000 followers doesn't sound like much, but it's huge for a community of only 40 million or so accounts (in comparison to most platforms having at least a billion).
