oh that's Tsubuyaku the final boss of Aragami 2. He's easy.lol. you fight him in a massive open temple with 30 enemies that keep resurrecting, and you just have to sneak up on him 3 times. Fun arena.
I think he had some tragic backstory but who cares i will kill him ten thousand times to protecc Sumire
