Guardians of Azuma- character LITERALLY says "Bravo!", localizer changed it to "Splendiferous!" All of these stupid little unnecessary changes, never mind the censorship they're infamous for, they all add up to drive me insane.
It's bad enough when a character says one of the handful of Japanese words that I know, and I can see the text is wrong. When they SAY AN ENGLISH WORD and it's still changed--that's just next-level. This is the real enemy of all mankind. There will be no peace until the last English jrpg localizer has been peacefully removed from the world.
