i just read through your entries on reconnecting with your Pakistani family friends, really beautiful work articulating the experience. also "If there's a heartland then where's the lungland brainland assholeland." is just great stuff. i get the emotional hangover "So much more needed to be seen and done" thing too, like almost sometimes a thing i don't try to get more out of is a little wasted even thoughβ
