I've never heard of nearlyfreespeech but their wiki makes them look a little sus... I recall a few neocities people switched to digitalocean at one point, but I don't know too much about their buissness, and they seem to be a pretty corporate focused shop these days.

Thank you everyone's opinion, I heard that people uses NearlyFreeSpeech for hate speech, like how people uses neocities for SA and other illegal contents

NearlyFreeSpeech does allow hate speech, but hateful sites pay more and their money goes towards relevant charities according to their FAQ. Nekoweb is hosted in Germany, which has strict censorship laws... dunno how that would affect you as a Tawainese citizen, I'd say try out Nekoweb first as it's free.

Oh that’s crazy, Taiwan blocked neocities?? But the reasoning is so vague, I can’t find anything even on the Taiwanese internet

Same when tried to find any information from Taiwan, the only source is the DNS RPZ written about sexual abuse, I have no idea what going on here
This is so bizarre to me, but then Neocities is technically a web server with very lite or no moderation by the creator... I would hope news like this might spur some action to improve Neocities but I'm used to disappointment when it comes to this. My best advice is buy a web service from a reputable long-standing provider.
Turned out finally realise I just need to deploy neocities and nekoweb in same time :/ I;mdumb Also why the index page is looking weird......?????
