gonna start working on the homepage with what I have for the css so far, css testing page will still remain so I have a place to screw around with it without affecting the rest of the site

commented out some motion stuff in the css until I get settings stuff implemented so I don't kill people with epilepsy

need to relearn js and make accessiblity options someday (mostly just disabling motion stuff I think)

really a settings page in general with this and the greeting thing I used to do, except its just in the main header instead of an annoying popup
also maybe making it more responsive on mobile? dont feel like it
