So for 8tracks, you can pretty much use Internet Archive or Github to upload the music.

because internet archive is unblocked at my school and it's kinda like social media compared to github

would get taken down eventually, not worth the considerable effort
thinking more along lines of using youtube, but need some script to parse just the audio, which youtube makes difficult
ideally non-javascript
