it'll take me awhile to undo my formatting mistakes because neocities is deciding to only let me refresh a page to see what it looks like once a day...

which is infuriating but hey whatever
You can get around it by looking at the page you're editing in a different browser. I've found it's usually CSS edits that are the problem.
