it'll take me awhile to undo my formatting mistakes because neocities is deciding to only let me refresh a page to see what it looks like once a day...

You can get around it by looking at the page you're editing in a different browser. I've found it's usually CSS edits that are the problem.

@bright-eyes alas that has not been working for me, no device and no browser that can circumvent the new Waiting Time. on the bright side i know it's not a paywall nonsense thing because i know someone with a supporter acct it's also happening tp
