I usually use css cheat sheet but theres also this: ( https://scripted.neocities.org/text ) which has cool font animations and other stuff!! I also have this site ( https://dollarchive.neocities.org/compendium/spine/fonts ) bookmarked, which has a bunch of cool font resources. I havent used it yet but Im sure its useful ^_^

You can upload TTF or other font files to Neocities and then set them in your CSS, which is what I do. You can look up how to use custom fonts in CSS. Dafont and 1001fonts are good repositories for free / shareware ones.

I've been using Font Squirrel for a loooong time when I go with self hosted font files. Some of the code is redundant in 2026 (it really is an older site haha) but it's pretty nice https://www.fontsquirrel.com/

because your website is very 90s-esque (in my opinion at least haha) i think it might look cool with one of those textured repeating backgrounds :) ? texturetown has a whole bunch of cool ones to choose from
