spent like 5+ hours coding this and i was so happy about the results. that was, until i uploaded it to neocities and now i have no idea why there are pink borders from the old page when that color code isn't even on the page ;__; no time to fix it tonight, //sigh//, what a bummer

Are you using two style sheets on the same page? If you are, the features of one might be bleeding into the other.

ahhhh! thank you so much!! <3 i don't know if that was the problem, but you mentioning the style sheet led me to the right place! it was a line of code right at the beginning from the original layout maker that made it to where all the pages would have the same look. as soon as i removed it it fixed the problem! :3
