Out of curiosity, would my website still be considered hand coded even if i use a framework like bootstrap? I came from coding on Toyhouse, so I pretty much got used to using it lol.
I didnt use a website builder or anything, but as a person that wanted my website to be mobile friendly, I cannot be arsed to do the thing in CSS where I tweak the properties based on screen size haha
