It's not ready yet. The reason the previous and next buttons redirect to the same page is bc the webring is under construction

same dude but mostly i like accessible and minimalistic design because less bloat more speed
90s web + minimalism = good
i really love the 90s for its gifs
but i also like animated navbars and rich, sleek interfaces too
Whatever the original creator of the site thinks looks good. I like originality.
