got a solution to my problem through the subreddit omg 😭 now i need to try tackling my code to make it responsive for bigger sites since i work on a laptop...pain. i find it so confusing :(
had to ask the neocities subreddit for help w/a problem im having w/my theme :((( apparently i cant make a stackoverflow account which i was going to use first??? man wtf
