lol I have no idea what's going on with that neocities screenshot, is the site THAT broken for you too? I'm trying to use viewport values instead of px because I want the site to scale, I don't know if I'm screwing it up
I tried several resolutions on a gecko and a blink browser and only on 4:3 it's breaking a little (although I can't try ultrawide)
