yeah sometimes its best to find a different job if the pay isnt worth it... Working 30 hours would be alright, depending on how the schedule is. you still get a decent amount of free time with okay pay! 40 hours is full time, and like, idk how benefits are in your country but over here some jobs dont give you benefits without having full time. Also, sometimes your personal schedule simply changes with a job-
-and you adjust with however it fits or feels comfy. Im not saying stay longer at ur job tho, you know yourself best!! I just have too much job experience lol
